Information from the Board meeting 26 October 2017

The Hanken Board had its meeting on 26 October and decided on membership in HGSE, and Hanken’s position on university collaboration in Vaasa.

In its meeting on 26 October, the Hanken Board decided on the following items:

Helsinki Graduate School of Economics (HGSE)

The Board decided that Hanken will be a member of HGSE and authorised Rector to, in cooperation with the Chairman of the Board, sign the agreement on cooperation within HGSE. The lawyers of the three universities will prepare both the agreement and the by-laws for the unit.

Hanken’ s position on higher education collaboration in Vaasa

The Board discussed the vision for strengthening the impact and viability of the higher education institutions in Vasa, which has been prepared by the University of Vaasa.
