Ready to discover the city through fun, easy-going outdoor activities with fellow international students, staff, and their spouses?
Welcome to join a relaxed and fun outdoor afternoon where you’ll get to know your study friends and colleagues better, while taking part in some low-threshold outdoor activities organized by community educator students from Humak University of Applied Sciences.
Through these engaging activities, you’ll discover simple and enjoyable ways to make the most of the city’s outdoor areas. And, to top it all off, you’ll also get to sample a selection of traditional Finnish dishes, an easy and tasty way to get a glimpse of local food culture while spending time together outdoors.

- As part of the program, we'll also include a tasting of Finnish dishes. Please let us know any dietary requirements or food allergies when registering so we can accommodate everyone.
- Please dress comfortably and according to the weather conditions. In Finland, a bit of rain will not stop us from enjoying fresh air and spending a great time outdoors together.
- You are welcome to bring your spouse or partner along. The event is free of charge. As places are limited, we kindly ask that everyone who registers commits to attending, so we can make sure all spots are used.
- Please note that the event is limited to 40 participants. Each attendee, including spouses or partners, must register separately, so make sure to sign up early to secure your spot.
