Hanken Network Day 2016

Hanken Network Day is a forum for networking where students, faculty, employers and company representatives meet during one day.
In 2016 the theme of the day is “Work in Progress” and we have focused on creating great opportunities for mingling, networking and discussion in an interactive atmosphere. During the day students will amongst other things have the possibility to engage in speed interviews, LinkedIn and CV coaching as well as reversed interviews with the participating companies. You can also have your CV photo taken or try your pitching skills in a pitching booth!

Speed Interviews, CV Drop-Ins, LinkedIn workshop and Reversed Interviews:

A speed Interview, much like "Speed Dating", allows you, as a job seeker, and the recruiting company to assess whether there is a common interest for future cooperation. The total length of the interview is only 15 minutes and you should be prepared for though questions.

A reversed interview is an informal conversation between a student and an interesting professional from one of the participating companies. This way you can talk with someone who is currently working in a field that you are interested in and gain a better understanding of the industry in question.

Jenny von Knorring, responsible for Digital HR at Roschier will host a hands-on workshop based on registered students LinkedIn profiles. Individual profiles will not be pointed out, but rather used as inspiration. The workshop will open for everyone to listen to.
The time slots for the CV Drop-Ins can be book starting 10.00 at the Career Service stand. So book your slot first thing in the morning! Remember to bring your CV with you.
