With over 10 years of experience applying behavioral sciences to, for example, organizational strategy and administration, I understand the importance of operationalizing vision through customer-focused and service-oriented management. Mym research background in psychology, behavioral economics, and marketing theory enables me to develop actionable plans that transform ideals into realities.

Currently, I am focused on leveraging my expertise in ethical decision-making, moral psychology, and tax policy to implement artificial intelligence solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in tax administration. My research into tax morale and emerging technologies informs strategic recommendations on automating processes, enhancing taxpayer services, and promoting voluntary compliance.

    The Finnish Tax Administration (Vero) and the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) have agreed on a joint development cooperation project for 2018-2025. Vero will offer technical assistance in order to strengthen domestic resource mobilization in Tanzania. Several experts from Vero will participate in the project by for example training the TRA staff in areas of tax compliance, internal auditing, taxpayer services and communication. The support is aligned with the goals of the TRA 5th Corporate Plan.
