Welcome to the Opening of the Academic Year and a joint dinner

Hanken's staff is warmly welcomed to the Opening of the Academic Year, which will be held in Helsinki on 4 September 2023 at 14 and in Vaasa on 5 September 2023 at 13. The dinner in Helsinki is arranged 7 September and in Vaasa the dinner is held on 5 September.

After the ceremony, coffee and cakes are served in the foyer.

The joint dinner in Helsinki

Hanken staff in Helsinki are invited to a festive dinner on 7 September to start the new academic year together.

Cocktail will be served on the Maxen balcony at 17.30 and the staff dinner will start at 18.00 in the foyer. The dress code for the evening event is free for everyone.

REGISTRATION

Registration for the dinner opens on 10 August. You can register for the dinner (Helsinki only) by 25 August 2023 via this link: Registration for the dinner in Helsinki on 7 September 2023.

If you have not registered by the time of the deadline you can only participate in the dinner if someone else cancels and a seat becomes available.

The joint dinner in Vaasa

The dinner for staff in Vaasa will be organised on 5 September at 16.30 at Restaurant Hejm. A registration form will be sent to the staff in August.
