Welcome to participate in Hanken Research Day online on 27 November at 11! This year, the Hanken Foundation Distinguished Fellow and Nobel laureate Bengt Holmström participates in an interview and in addition, four research groups from Hanken present the latest in their covid-19-related research. The interviews and subsequent discussion are led by Baba Lybeck.

Bengt Holmström, has actively participated in the public debate in Finland on the covid-19 pandemic and discusses at our event in an interview with the journalist Baba Lybeck how society and the economy have been affected by the long-running pandemic.
This is followed by four short presentations of 7 minutes each of Hanken School of Economics’ covid-19 related research: on challenges in virtual work, covid-19 and auditing, pandemic response and supply chains, and altruism and egoism in the pandemic.
The event, which is held in English, is broadcast live via Teams.
