Survey for students on learning support for university students

Hanken takes part in a study investigating learning support for university students from the perspective of university students. The survey is aimed at all students at participating universities, and you are welcome to respond even if you don’t feel a need for learning support.

The study is carried out by the University of Eastern Finland, the University of Lapland and the Rehabilitation Foundation. Data will be collected from 13 Finnish universities using an online questionnaire.

Your participation is completely voluntary. The aim of this study is to generate new knowledge about learning support in universities. Your responses will help to understand practices and perceptions related to learning support and contribute to the development of university teaching and support systems. This is the first time the topic is being examined this extensively in Finnish higher education, making your input very valuable.

The data will be collected using a questionnaire, which does not gather any direct personal information. All responses will be handled with strict confidentiality. Results will be reported at the group level, ensuring that individual respondents cannot be identified. If the dataset is sufficiently large, data from the questionnaire's statement section may be shared with participating universities and the National Union of University Students in Finland (SYL). In such cases, all indirect identifiers will be minimised.
