Studying at Hanken outside regular opening hours

You can use Hanken's facilities for studying entirely according to your own schedule. We would like to remind you of our house rules, which apply to everyone using our premises outside regular opening hours.

• Everyone who is at Hanken outside opening hours must enter using their own key. You may not let anyone else in using your own key.
• Please make sure that the entrance door locks properly behind you.
• Take good care of Hanken's facilities and equipment. If something breaks, does not work properly, or if you notice any deficiencies, please report this to service@hanken.fi.
• If you intentionally or through negligence damage Hanken's property, you may be held liable for the costs of the damage.
• Eating or drinking is not permitted in Quantum in Helsinki or in the computer rooms in Vaasa.
• Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the waste bins provided on each floor. 
• When you are at Hanken outside opening hours, Hanken staff and Securitas night guards have the right to verify your identity and student card.
• If you feel unsafe or discover vandalism in the building during times when Hanken staff are not present, please contact the Securitas night guard at +358 20 491 2600.

Outside regular opening hours, Hanken's facilities are intended for studying. It is therefore not permitted to organise private gatherings, stay overnight, or bringing and consuming alcohol on the premises.

If these rules are not followed, we may be forced to restrict access hours.

You are entitled to a mobile key if you are a degree student and have registered as present. You can apply for a key by completing the form below.
