Student Services (shorter study-related matters)
The Student Services desk in Helsinki and the Student Services helpline will be closed for the summer from 17 June to 10 August 2026. During this period, you can email studieinfo@hanken.fi, but please note that response times will be longer than usual.
PLEASE NOTE! From 1 June 2026, the Student Services desk will only be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays (previously also on Wednesdays).
Student Counselling
Drop-in student counselling sessions at Hanken (no appointment required) will run as normal until 16 June. Closed for the summer from 17 June to 10 August 2026. You can contact the study counsellors at studievagledare-hfors@hanken.fi during the summer, but please note that response times will be longer than usual.
PLEASE NOTE! In August, the student counselling service will only be open on 11 August, 13 August (Helsinki only) and 18 August due to orientation days for new students. Normal opening hours resume from 1 September 2026.
