Info sessions on exchange studies autumn 2026
Info sessions are held for bachelor’s students in their second year and above who, according to their study plan, will go on exchange during the autumn semester 2026. Separate sessions are also held for students interested in exchange on master’s level.
You are welcome to attend one of the information sessions below. No registration is required.
Exchange on bachelor’s level (Swedish bachelor programme):
- Helsinki: Thursday 6.11. at 10.00-11.00 in room 210
- Vaasa: Wednesday 12.11. at 12.30-13.30 in room 326
Exchange on bachelor’s level (English bachelor programme):
- Helsinki: Monday 3.11. at 14.15-15.15 in room 307
Exchange on master’s level (in English):
- Helsinki: Monday 10.11 at 9.00-9.45 in room 303
- Vaasa: Wednesday 12.11. at 13.30-14.14 in room 326
The purpose of the info session is to:
- Give information on the Exchange Programme, the application requirements and things to consider when planning the semester abroad.
- Give practical information on how to apply for exchange studies and where to find more information.
