MentorX is an innovative way of engaging alumni and Helsinki based individuals to work directly with Hanken students. MentorX offers five diverse tracks, designed to suit life’s different demands: time, money, and commitment level.
What? MentorX is a connection platform built for students and alumni to engage in new ways. MentorX features five ways of involvement.

Mentorship: Designed for young professionals, we’ll match you with an ambitious team of first time entrepreneurships who you’ll meet with bi-monthly and get to experience the excitement of taking an idea to sale by supporting the next generation of founders. Mentorship of our teams often results in an advisory board position.

Specialized coaching: As a coach you’ll join a pool of experienced professionals with niche knowledge who our teams can contact for specific needs. Coaches are also welcome to host one-off workshops on a specific industry or topic of your choice. As a coach, you get the joy of mentorship on your own schedule!

Co-founder: Do you have an idea but aren’t in a position to be an operator? We’ll happily match you with top level enthusiastic entrepreneurial minds who can build your idea into a reality. Mobal and Enfuce are both HankenX success stories with blended teams of students and experienced co-founders.

Speaker: This track is designed for people with an interesting story that they want to share to boost our students motivation in front of a larger crowd. Come and inspire!

Investor/sponsor: This track is designed for individuals who want to be involved in our operations but might not have time to give. We offer opportunities to invest early in teams that are validated by our process biannually. You can also directly support our programs via sponsorship. This gives you first hand access to the amazing Hanken talent pool!

Where? We operate out of Hanken’s Business Lab and Venture Studio in Töölö. By joining MentorX, you’re welcome to join us in the basement for a cup of coffee, events, or for co-working space.
