Hanken is looking for supervisors and IT support staff for the spring entrance exams
The exam supervisors ensure that the exam session runs smoothly from start to finish. The IT support staff assist with the technical equipment during the exams. A total of about 200 supervisors/IT support staff are needed for the exams.
The entrance exams will be held on 26 May and 2-6 June 2025. An introduction for those selected will be held on 23 May. A typical workday is between 5–7.5 hours long. The working hours are between 7:15 AM and 7:30 PM.
Supervisors have to be Hanken's degree students who have a study right at the time of the exam and are registered as present during spring 2025. Supervisors need to have at least good knowledge of Finnish. Some supervisors also need to have good knowledge of Swedish.
Previous experience in exam supervision is considered an advantage.
