Automatic email forwarding will end
To strengthen information security and ensure that email is handled in accordance with Hanken’s data protection guidelines, automatic forwarding of emails from Hanken email accounts to external email addresses will be discontinued on 4 November 2026.
We therefore ask you to use your Hanken account for all communication related to Hanken and your studies. If you have enabled automatic forwarding from your Hanken account, this feature will be disabled on 4 November 2026.
To access your Hanken email easily, we recommend installing Microsoft Outlook on your phone and computer and signing in with your Hanken account. This message may be one of the last emails automatically forwarded from your Hanken account.
