Hanken & SSE Executive Educations integration programme begins
Hanken & SSE Executive Education reruns the integration programme Business Lead with company partners as part of the Koto-SIB (Kotouttaminen Social Impact Bond) framework.
The first module commences on 12 June in Helsinki. The programme consists of live modules, online learning, mentoring and a 2-month internship in a partner company. There were 124 applicants to the programme this year, all educated refugees or other non-European immigrants in Finland.
The pilot of the program in 2016 was successful as 40 % of programme participants either found a place to work or study immediately after the programme.
“Business Lead is one of the most successful integration programmes in Europe encompassing both education, mentoring and a professional internship”, says Sari Salojärvi, CEO of Hanken & SSE Executive Education.
