FII 2023
The Finnish Innovation Index (FII) is a national measure of the perceived innovativeness of companies among Finnish customers.

Top rankings on the Finnish Innovation Index (FII), which measures the innovativeness of companies from a consumer perspective, were achieved by Finnish companies through cutting-edge and social innovation.

Winners are selected based on the results of a national survey from approximately 5000 customers who evaluated 64 companies across 19 industries on key metrics, including innovation, customer loyalty, attractiveness, and social innovation.

The winners of the Finnish Innovation Index (FII) are:

The results from the Finnish Innovation Index 2023 show: Companies Excelling in Both Social and Commercial Innovation Achieves Success.

The results of FII show that meaningful innovation that integrates solutions for society’s grand challenges is part of what makes these companies stand apart from their competitors. The Finnish Innovation Index (FII) provides evidence that innovation without the intent to make societal difference does not lead to strong customer loyalty. Companies excelling in both social and commercial innovation achieve success.
