Hanken students awarded during the annual donor evening and the Rector’s List awards ceremonies.

Scholarship ceremony

On 25 May 2015, Hanken gathered about 70 participants at the annual donor evening which included a scholarship ceremony. At the event mobility grants named after donors were given to the best performing students, and the best master's theses during the academic year 2014–2015.

Hanken awards honorary scholarships for exchange studies to the 15 best performing students in the spring semester and the 16 best performing students in the fall semester. The scholarship is based on the pace of study in combination with the grades. Master's theses are appointed based on the grade of the thesis and distributed to the nine best master's theses. The time period for this year's nominations is 1.6.2014–6.5.2015.

Rector’s List Scholarship to the top 15 students at Hanken

On 26 May 2015, 15 students at Hanken were awarded the Rector's List Scholarship 2015.

The scholarship is annually awarded to a group of students who, according to certain criteria, represent the top five per cent of the students. The selection criteria include study time (the numbers of semesters enrolled at Hanken), the number of credits obtained, and the average course grades. Only students with an average grade of at least VG (very good) are included in the population.

Representatives from the Hanken Premium Partner companies Fazer, KPMG and PwC, as well as the Hanken Partner companies EY and Elo, participated in the award ceremony and got an exclusive opportunity to meet the scholarship holders.

The awardees are listed below.
