CERS is known for its research in the areas of service and relationship management. The centre has some of the most cited business professors in Finland, and it continuously produces innovative frontline research. In 2019, CERS celebrates its 25th anniversary. Welcome to the anniversary seminar "Service Transforming Society" 18.9.2019!

All research done at CERS falls under the general theme of how service and customer relationships influence the competitiveness of firms, from both B-to-B and B-to-C perspectives.
