Are you interested in an international career? Join us for this interesting session where you will hear more about working for an International Financial Institution and a specialized United Nations agency such as IFAD (the International Fund for Agricultural Development).

IFAD is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries. 

 IFAD is visiting us to inform students about the organisation, what it is like to work for them and how the recruitment process works. On top of this you will have to chance to hear an interesting academic session with the topic IFAD’s future financial architecture: adding leverage to increase commitment capacity.

Programme:

8.30 Welcome and opening by Ambassador, Senior Adviser Anne Saloranta from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland 
8.45 Academic session: IFAD’s future financial architecture: adding leverage to increase commitment capacity
9.30 How to prepare for a competitive recruitment processes in international organisations and the IFAD selection process.
