Hanken Business Lab – Stugan in Vaasa opens

On Tuesday 31 January Hanken Business Lab – Stugan at Hanken in Vaasa opens its doors. Hanken Business Lab is a platform for students, alumni and other partners , who share an interest in entrepreneurship.

Stugan offers a modern and inspirational surrounding with coaching and counselling available for those who wish to become entrepreneurs. In Stugan the companies can meet, work and develop their business. Together with the Hanken New Ventures start-up programme, Stugan provides a broad network of experts, partners and financiers.

As mentor of Stugan, Hanken has appointed Nina Ingves. She is an entrepreneur herself and owner of the company Edite Ab. She has worked with company counselling and coaching during many years.

“The interest for entrepreneurship has continued to grow among young people, also among Hanken students. In Vaasa Hanken has for many years offered a start-up programme called Hanken New Ventures. Now we want to further strengthen and develop this incubator activity”, says Nina Ingves.

Stugan is launched on 31 January 2017 at Hanken, Kirjastokatu 16, Vaasa. You can visit the Stugan facilities and hear more about the activities there. During the event you can network and meet Hanken’s Executive in Residence, Henrik Steinbrecher, who is also going to play an active part in Stugan. Henrik has made a long career as partner at PwC, leading their Middle Market. Today he works as a counsellor for family businesses and entrepreneurs around the Nordic countries.
