Step 3: Make a decision
A decision does not have to concern the rest of your life, instead, a decision could be about your choice of minor subject or which internship position that would be the most beneficial in terms of the future career you aim for.
-Reflecting over the resources you already have. You can, for example, ask yourself which your personal traits are, which contacts you have, and which competences you possess.
-When you know what you already have, you can more easily analyze what it is that you need or still have to work on.
The goal with making decisions is to create a plan of action in order to fill the gap between where you are now and where you wish to be. If setting goals feels difficult, you can use the SMART -criteria to help you along. A goal should be:
