Hanken's research services support Hanken's researchers in applying for, managing and reporting on research funding and in starting new impactful research and innovation projects.

Support functions for research projects

The research services coordinate all project applications where granted funds are to be administered by Hanken. Please inform us regarding any larger (consortium / international) application at minimum 2 months prior to deadline and any other application 1 month prior to the deadline.

Data management

Research services process personal data concerning research funding applications and granted funding. In this context we collect names and email-addresses. In some cases the applications contain also other personal data such as address and ID number in case the funding party requires it. Non-funded applications will be kept for two years and funded applications for six years. They will be stored for statistical purposes and will be processed according to Hanken’s data processing plan.
