Dilemmas of diversity and inclusion work

Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in organizations can be hard work. Even though many members of the organization would welcome increased diversity and see the benefit of inclusion, professionals in the D&I field may encounter many dilemmas and need to figure out many questions. How should diversity and inclusion work be motivated? Who should be involved in the work? How can change be created, so that it will stick? 

In this session you will hear about typical challenges D&I leaders meet in their work. You will get to reflect over dilemmas, learn from others and share your own experiences and thoughts.
