Which referencing style should I use?
The Harvard style (and APA) are the most commonly used referencing styles at Hanken, but at some departments the Oxford style is preferred. Whether unsure, ask your teacher or supervisor which style you should use. The guides and tutorials on this page will help you to get the references right.
By using a reference management software, you can create your own database and get the list of references as output. Hanken's library supports the use of RefWorks.
If you need help with referencing or RefWorks, please contact the library or check our course calendar for available training!
