Archiving Research Data and Data Management

Promote open science by storing your research data in a data archive.

By archiving your research data you will improve reliability, transparency, and the impact of research, and enable easier and more effective utilisation of research results.As a researcher at Hanken you can archive your research data for instance:

  1. in the research data archive managed by CSC - IDA - Storage Service. You can apply for access to IDA electronically.
  2. in the research data archive of Finnish Social Science Data Archive (FSD) and their catalogue Aila. I that case you should contact them directly on their service address for further assistance.

You may include information in your research plan already, about how you will manage research data and results of the project. Some research funding bodies recommends that you archive your research output without restrictions. Read more about data management:
