For students in Vaasa
City Library, Vaasa
Starting from 20th January most textbooks relating to courses given in Spring 2020 will be available on the 2nd floor. Please note that textbooks also can be borrowed from Tritonia.
If you already have a City Library card, please contact the library staff for an update of your card. Be prepared to show your student card and ID when you do so. If you don’t have a library card you can apply for one at the City Library or by contacting the Hanken library staff in Vaasa.
Loan periods and lending rules
The loan period for textbooks is 14 days, the short loans 1 day (to be returned before library closing time the following weekday. Over-due fees are 0,35€/day/book for all loans. Pick-up time for textbook reservations is 4 days, for other material 9 days. If you no longer require the reserved book, please remember to annul your reservation before the end of the pick-up time, as the City Library will charge 2€/book for reservations that haven’t been picked up or been annulled.
Reservations are made in the City Library’s database by you or by the library staff.

The Hanken library
E-material can be accessed via the Hanna search portal https://hanken.finna.fi/. If you have previously used Google Scholar you can continue doing that.

Your Tritonia library card is still valid. You can borrow and request material, and use the public spaces of the building. You can also book group study room with your library card number and log into Eduroam. You can print for a fee of 0,30€/page.
Hanken’s e-resources are no longer available via the Tritonia Finna-portal.
