Study French as a Minor!

Welcome to study French Business Communication as a Minor! It is possible to study French as a Minor at Hanken within your degree. The minor in French is called "Minor in French Business Communication".

The Minor in French consists of courses that focus on business communication. However, cultural and professional topics are also discussed for a better understanding of the French culture in daily life as well as in business. The Minor requires the completion of 25 SP among courses offered at Hanken and some courses offered at Aaalto University at the higher levels. The courses can also be taken independently without having to complete a Minor. Several pools of courses are possible regarding your CEFR target level: B1, B2 or C1.

 

Studies in French Business Communication as a Minor

For Hanken students

The Minors are open to both Helsinki and Vaasa campus students. At Bachelor’s level, Hanken students must choose the courses among the ones offered by Hanken and Aalto’s French departments. At Master’s level, French courses already included in your Bachelor's degree can be added in the course pool.

 

For students from outside Hanken

All Hanken French courses are open to students with JOO-agreements and students from the open university. Students from other universities than Hanken can register through this electronic form.
