Corporate governance refers broadly to the mechanisms, processes and relations by which corporations are controlled and directed. It is so much more than a multitude of more or less relevant charters to satisfy certain stakeholders’ needs and requirements. The exciting challenge is to implement a corporate culture which enhances all given promises and expectations of customers and other stakeholders. It is about implementing good leadership.
In this guest lecture Mr. Brunow will in an interactive fashion share lessons learned and insights from leading major firms. He has a broad experience in different industries both in an executive role as well as a board member. His experience covers leading both Finnish and international companies.
