About Us

Hanken Corporate Governance Student Association (HCGSA) is a non-registered student association and represents the students of the Masters' programme in Corporate Governance at Hanken School of Economics. The purpose of the organisation is to provide an opportunity to the students to gain additional knowledge and insights from market players dealing with corporate governance issues on a regular basis. These entities include start-up's, listed companies, institutional investors, stock exchanges, intermediaries, law firms, NGO's and governmental organisations.

Personal meetings with CEO's, chairpersons, lawyers, consultants and other relevant employees are on our agenda. Furthermore, we are interested in all kinds of contacts that can contribute to our major goal, which is to enhance our members’ learning experience and to provide a direct link to the world of corporate governance.
