You can receive an official transcript of records and a certificate of enrolment at the ServicePoint in Helsinki. If you want an unofficial transcript, you can order one through WebOodi. In Vaasa, you can have official transcripts and certificates at the Office of Study Affairs.

Certificate of completed degree

When you have completed your degree you will receive a Degree Certificate at the graduation ceremony. If you need a certificate certifying that you have completed your degree before you obtain your Degree Certificate, send an e-mail to studieinfo(at)hanken.fi

Updating expired courses

Completed courses at bachelor's and master's level are valid for seven years and must thereafter be updated in order to be included in the master's degree. You can apply for an update of an expired course by filling in this form [doc] 236k
