Welcome to the Centre of Languages and Business Communication!
Hanken, which is known for its students who have a good knowledge of languages, offers its students the possibility to study several languages. At bachelor level, students take courses in the two national languages Swedish and Finnish (12 sp.) and in at least two foreign languages (6+6 sp.), altogether at least 24 sp. Furthermore, the students take at least 6 sp. at master level.
The language courses, which Hanken offers at the institution of languages and business communication, differ from language learning in school since the courses emphasize business and academic context as well as intercultural communication.
