The ServicePoint on the 1st floor in Hanken's main building (Helsinki) also gives service to the Open University students Monday-Friday 10 am to 3 pm.

• Transcripts of record can be acquired at the Open University in Helsinki and Vaasa or at the ServicePoint in Helsinki.

Courses are measured in ECTS and one point translates to an average work load of 40 hours. Naturally motivation, earlier knowledge and studies affect the actual work load of each student. Approved course assignments are assessed qualitatively with the grades excellent, very good, good, satisfactory and fair.
