Services in Helsinki

In most study-related matters you can turn to the ServicePoint (certificates of enrolment, trancripts of records etc). In IT-related matters (forgotten passwords etc) you can turn to Infobiten. If you need personal study counselling you can go to the Office of Study Affairs or Ekonomforum. In the IB Bookstore you can buy course material, course literature and printer credits. At IB you can also rent a key for one of the lockers.

You can have an official transcript of record at the ServicePoint in Helsinki. If you want an unofficial transcript, you can order one through WebOodi.

You can have a certificate of enrolment at the ServicePoint in Helsinki.

In Vaasa, you can have official transcripts and certificates at the Office of Study Affairs.

Student Card

When you start your studies at Hanken you should make an electronic order of a student card on www.lyyra.fi. The card can be picked up at the Student Union's Office in Helsinki at the second floor of Casa Academica (Hietaniemenkatu 7 A) which is open Mon-Fri 10-13 or from the Student Union's Office in Vaasa (Kauppapuistikko 2, 65100 Vaasa). You will receive an email from Lyyra when the card is ready to be picked up.
