• Helsinki: InfoBITen is open 10-15 during the week, when the ServicePoint is open. Normally 10-12 holiday seasons.
• Vaasa: The computer centre helps weekdays (3rd floor)

- The teacher helps with specific programs used during a course

- Using WebOodi, Joopas or other administrative services - e-mail studieinfo@hanken.fi or visit the ServicePoint in Helsinki or Studybureau in Vaasa. (except if it concerns access to the system, i.e. userid and password, then it is InfoBITen above)
