Ekonomforum is the career center for students and recent graduates at Hanken. Our services are based on comprehensive business contacts and close cooperation with the students. The Career Services provides services that support a smooth transition to working life after graduation by, among other things provide employment and internships, arranging corporate events and offer career planning for students.
Access the Career Services by signing up at Hanken Network. Hanken Network is a forum for dialogue between students and Hanken alumni, and university partners in business. Hanken Network functions as a venue for professional networking and career development in which members
in different stages of their careers can get help and support each other.
Our services are open for you right from the first year of your studies and up till one year after graduation. Our offices are open from 10-15 in Helsinki and 9-15 in Vaasa. Please book a meeting beforehand. Welcome!

The Career Services offer you
Mediation of vacant jobs and internships - We mediate new adverts for jobs and internships on a continuous basis on Hanken Network.
Career counseling - Career Services offers personal guidance to students on creating a good CV and cover letter, and give additional tips on job hunting and help you in your career planning.
Working Breakfast - During the series of relaxed breakfast events, the students get a chance to discuss directly with successful Hanken ambassadors about business life and different career alternatives.
Employer events and presentations - Employers present their organizations and recruitment processes and run interesting workshops for our students. Events are a good way for you to enlarge your professional network.
Career Seminars - The seminars are often visited by HR-experts. During the seminar we acquaint our students to different aspects of job hunting and working life in Finland. Please register for the next event via Hanken Network.
CV Check-In - During the academic year we organized multiple CV Check-Ins where staff from the Career Services and HR experts from businesses will give you feedback on your CV and application letters. You can book a timeslot via Hanken Network.
Graduates at work - Career Services provide information on placement and career development of both fresh M.Sc. graduates and those with five years of experience in working life. You can find the reports on Hanken Network.
Mentorship - Hanken's mentorship program provides alumni support and guidance to students who are in the final stage of their studies. Newly graduated alumni can also participate as adept in the program. You can learn more about mentoring and enroll in the program at Hanken Network.
