The course is part of the M.Sc. program in intellectual property law. Other students are welcome. However, the instructor may limit the number of other students.
There are no prerequisites for students in the M.Sc. program in intellectual property law. Other students: basic course in intellectual property law.

Literature

Articles, lecture notes, slides, and cases as pointed out by the instructor. All articles, lecture notes, slides, as well as cases are required for the exam. Treaties, directives and statutory material are mainly for reference.

Evaluation and Examination

Written examination (70 %), term paper and term paper's presentation (30 %).
