The aim is to give the students experience of running a company, to learn to work in an expert organization and enhance the students' interactive and social capabilities.

Learning Objectives

The students shall after the course have a good competence to plan and accomplish a project. Together they have to show capability to lead successfully the ABC-company.

Pre-requisites

The students should have when starting the course basic method knowledge and 100 points business studies.

Instruction

The course could be divided into three parts: a) learning about consulting work b) conducting in pair a consult project to a company and c) running the consulting company ABC.
The students have themselves to be active in and resonsible for getting project and conducting them. The deadline for getting projects is February 15th, 2014. The project has to be finished by April 2014. The project can be accomplished faster than indicated by the deadline. Some of the students have resposibility for operating the company business and making up the the balance sheets until August 31st 2014.

Kerzner, Herold (2006): Project Management. A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling and Controlling. 9. edition.
In addition literature connected to the individual project.

Evaluation and Examination

The students have to pass the activities during the course and accomplish successfully a consulting project.
