On 9 March negotiating parties for the University sector reached a result in their negotiations for the first collective agreement concerning only University employees. This means that the one day strike on 18 March that the employers' representatives have warned about will be cancelled. The collective agreement is in force from 1 March 2010 to 29 February 2012.
