Services in Helsinki

In most study related matters you can turn to the ServicePoint (certificates of enrolment, trancripts of records etc). In IT-related matters (forgotten passwords etc) you can turn to Infobiten. If you need personal study counselling you can visit the Office of Study Affairs or Ekonomforum.

At the IB Bookstore you can buy course material, course literature and printer credits. At IB you can also rent a key for one of the lockers.
