Mål

The overall aim of the course is to provide an overview of some of the most central concepts and theories dealing with corporate responsibility (CR), with a focus on environmental and social challenges, risks and opportunities from the perspective of the multinational corporation.

Central themes and cases: responsible management education; corporate responsibility (CR); accountability and transparency; green and reverse logistics; Socially Responsible Investments; critiques of CR

Learning Goals: apply theories of CR; multiperspective analysis of CR cases; critical and reflexive thinking/analysis

Examination

Assignments throughout the course. All assignments are valid for one academic year, thereafter if the course is not completed it has to be retaken.

Ytterligare information

Due to the nature of assignments a maximum of 65 students will be accepted. Students with Supply Chain Management and Corporate Geography as major will be given priority, the quota for students of Marketing is 15; other students will be accepted up to the total number.
