Mål
The objective of the course is to provide students with an understanding of organization theory by the use of contrasting metaphors and novel perspectives. Students are expected to learn to read situations in organizational life critically. The aim is also to demonstrate how different perspectives lead to different readings. The students will learn how to apply different tools in analyzing and managing organizational problems.
