Mål

The course introduces different funding methods for entrepreneurs, who are searching for external seed or start-up funding. The course introduces characteristics of different funding strategies depending on e.g. the business, the entrepreneur and the amount of funding required. In addition, search for capital, valuation, investment contract, shareholder agreement and other important aspects of equity funding are covered. After the course students should have a good understanding of various (Finnish) funding methods for entrepreneurs.
