Mål

The purpose of this final program module is deepend and expand the students' understanding of current issues in Real Estate Finance. Topics covered will include:
valuation models: the measurement and delivery of return
securitisation of debt and equity, indirect property investment
derivative pricing approaches and property, and
international real estate investment.
