Mål
This course covers a variety of topics in equity real estate investment: property acquisition analysis; disposition alternatives and strategies; leasing; the effects of debt financing and taxes; risk and return considerations; real estate investment trusts (REITs); and applications of modern portfolio theory to real estate investment decisions.
