I am a registered nurse, with a master’s in Health Care science from Åbo Akademi. I started my doctoral studies at Hanken in November 2007. I am a member of NOHR (Nordic Network for Health Care Management Research) and NiV (Nordiska forskningsnätverket i vårdledarskap).  

I am teaching Management & Leadership (primarily in Health care) and geriatric care at Arcada. And I have a special interest in teaching and learning from a critical perspective were different techniques of power is identified.

My interest and focus as a doctoral student consists of; Critical Management Studies, Health Care Management and Pedagogical actions in organizations.
