I wrote my doctoral thesis on HRM in multinational organizations. My research focuses on HRM effects on employee performance, attitudes and behaviors at different levels in the organization.

I'm also involved in Hanken&SSE corporate development programs bridging research and practice.

As of November 2010 I'm working  at Finnair and only occasionally attend to research.

My research focuses on international HRM with a special interest in employee perceptions of and reactions to HRM practices as well as multilevel research methods.
