Minna Pihlström

Hanken School of Economics

Minna Pihlström (née Pura) holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Economics from HANKEN, the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration, Helsinki, Finland, and is a Post Doc Researcher at the Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management (CERS), Department of Marketing at HANKEN. She has also acted as CERS Partnership Manager 2005-2006.

Minna spent the academic year 2004-2005 in New Zealand as visiting research fellow at the Centre of Digital Enterprise (CODE) at the University of Auckland.

Before starting her academic career Minna worked as Customer Relationship Marketing Manager at GREY Direct and Digital. She has consulted companies concerning customer relationship marketing, loyalty, e-service usability and research method issues.
