Current research project

Managing international R&D consortia

This doctoral research project is in the finalising stage and gives insight into the structure and the management of inter-organisational network collaboration in R&D. For this project qualitative date was gathered and analysed, including case-based interviews and various documents such as consortium agreements, and contracts between the consortia and the European Commission.

The project has received funding from the Department of Management and Organisation of Hanken School of Economics, the Marcus Wallenberg Foundation, the Hanken Foundation, the Foundation for Economic Education (Liikesivistysrahasto) and the Ella and Georg Ehrnrooth Foundation.

Research Interest

My research interest lies in the setting: Inter-organisational networks and inter-organisational relations. The topics within this setting that I find interesting relate to organisational structure, organising, decision-making, and governance.
