SISSI

Service Innovation through Strategic Stakeholder Integration

Service innovation is one of the key competitive factors for businesses. Primary sources for service innovation are usually the company's own employees or feedback from customers. An often unused resource, however, are the company's various stakeholders, such as sub-contractors or other stakeholder groups like financial institutions, consultants and other professional groups. This project aims to create new service innovations in cooperation with the company's stakeholders.

The purpose of the SISSI project to explore and develop methods for integrating the company's strategic business partners into the service innovation process. SISSI compares tests and develops tools, practices and methods with which to involve stakeholders
