Recruit through Hanken Network
Ekonomforum is an effective channel for employers who want to advertise vacancies to young graduates or students at Hanken. Ekonomforum offers a range of free electronic solutions for recruitment. In addition, we also offer different chargeable services for even better visibility and stronger penetration.
Employers can publish vacancies through the career portal Hanken Network. The visibility of the placement can also be increased by e-mail distribution to selected students for a small fee. Also thesis commissions, trainee positions and the like may be advertised via our sites.
By registering at Hanken Network you gain access not only to publishing vacancies but also to a wide range of possibilities for career inspired networking with our students and alumni.
Advertisements for vacant jobs or internship placements/ traineeships published through Hanken Network will also be published on Ekonomforum's very popular bulletin board on the campus.

Mailing directly to the students
Does your company want to reach students more efficiently? Ekonomforum can directly reach all Hanken students by sending either an e-mail or a letter to a beforehand selected group. The targeted group can be defined based on a particular study subject, starting year of the studies and/or study points. It is possible to send invitations, vacancy ads, or market a coming career event. Please, fill in the direct mailing order and specify your target group and we will contact you for further actions.
Find candidates through the CV-Portal
Ekonomforum administers an extensive CV-database with current details about students and recently graduated. Companies needing to recruit employees can request a database search based on the company's criteria. Ekonomforum makes the search and contacts individually those candidates that fulfill the company's requirements. Ekonomforum then delivers the CVs of the candidates to the company and the company can itself decide whether or not to contact the candidates for an interview and potential employment.
Thesis work
Does your company have projects or surveys waiting to be done? Why not let a soon graduating student perform the job as part of a Master's thesis! In this way the company will get access to the newest knowledge in the field.
If a company choose not to enter into a normal working agreement with salary as compensation for the thesis work, Hanken can offer the possibility to compensate the student with a scholarship. The compensation is then paid by the company as a donation to Hanken and Ekonomforum administers the donation further to the student as a scholarship. On the donations a fee of 500 € is collected to be used for the financing of the Hanken internship programme.
