REGISTRATION TO THE AMA SERVSIG 2012 CONFERENCE
Below you will find useful information and instructions on registration.

To register and book your accommodation, please complete the online form. Please register only once to avoid double registration and double payment.
Hotel bookings will be made through the online registration form. Register early to ensure that your accommodation preferences are secured.
Registration deadline for presenting authors is April 30.
Online registration will be available for others until June 1, 2012.

HOTEL RESERVATION
You can book your hotel room through the online registration form. Please check out the information for hotel reservation at the "Accommodation" page.
CURRENCY AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments should be made in euros (€) either by credit card (VISA, Master or Eurocard are accepted) or by bank transfer against an invoice. If you make the payment by credit card, your card will be charged immediately.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION CONFIRMATION
After submitting the online registration form, you will receive an automatic email reply with a summary of your bookings and choices. The email reply is not the final confirmation of your bookings.
After the payments have been received , the final confirmation will be sent by email. The confirmation will include a list of your bookings as well as your possible Hotel booking and a reference number, which will be used for your onsite registration.
Changes and additions to your bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the conference office amaservsig2012@congrex.fi
CANCELLATIONS
50% refund for cancellations before 25 April 2012. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by email, fax or airmail to the conference office amaservsig2012@congrex.fi
Reimbursement will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
ONSITE
Whilst enrolling in the conference onsite you will receive your name badge and other conference material with your reference number, which you can find in the final confirmation email.
